The company is currently in the process of consolidating the various land plots, of which approximately 1.8 hectares earmarked for construction in the first phase have been consolidated as of March 2010 and an adjacent 1.4 hectare plot, earmarked for construction in the second phase, is approximately 40% consolidated.
In total, we plan for a total of seven phases encompassing 10 hectares, with the first two phases of development covering 3.2 hectares to be developed between 2011 and 2015.
